Like everybody, I have a lot of ideas and opinions about the world around me - specifically relating to the works of other people whether it be music, films, or writing and this will be my contribution! To me this is a compilation of my opinions and understandings of what I consume and the world around me. For you, however, this is your time to understand a single-serving stranger. because we will never meet I have the privelage of being completly honest of my lens of the world

“We don't read and write poetry because its cute. We read and write poetry because we are members of the human race. And the human race is full of passion.”

Dead poet society is about living with intentionality. having a reason for everything you do and not listening to the cultral norms. This movie in particular changed the way I viewed the world, and opportunity.

This book goes through 40 different short interpretations or ideas of what the afterlife could be like. it gives beautiful insight to the human condition and makes you question what your eternal future will look like.

“It's not meant to be a strife, it's not meant to be a struggle up here”

This album was released shortly after bjork had been divorsed with her husband of 10 years. she describes her feelings as she goes through the struggles of seperation after such intimacy. It is such a vulnerable project and when consumed in its whole tells a love story that is riddled with tragedy

Inspiration

my existence on the internet has primarily been as a spectator, and this website was made to change that. Art is many different things, but it starts with output. thesmiths
